“This is a film about the importance of connection,” said Cretton in an interview with GQ. “And I think Peter Parker’s journey in this movie is extremely relatable to the way that a lot of us feel right now, in a time where you can be in a city like this one and it’s still very easy to feel alone. Andy Cohen is shutting down casting rumors, which have recently hinted at the return of Real Housewives of Atlanta favorite NeNe Leakes for season 18

Despite the ongoing rumors that the OG Real Housewife is set to make her return to the Bravoverse, Andy Cohen insists that there will be no new additions to the Atlanta cast next season.
During the Monday, August 3 episode of Radio Andy’s Andy Cohen Live, the host addressed speculation that Leakes would return and that current cast member Shamea Morton Mwangi had been fired.
The news came via RealityBlurb, which posted a report alleging that Shamea’s Bravo booting was to make way for the #RHOA O.G. who recently reconciled with the network.
“There are a lot of casting rumors online, which came out over the weekend, and I’m gonna tell you that they’re not true,” Andy said plainly.
He went on to essentially confirm that next season’s cast will be exactly the same as this one, tellin fans that all of the clues they need looking can be found by looking at the current cast.
“If you want a preview of next season of Atlanta, look at this cast,” Cohen said. “This is the group, guys. I mean, we love this group.”
The Real Housewives executive producer added that he had a great time filming the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, insisting viewers can already get a sense of the season’s energy from the recently released reunion teaser.
“So spoiler alert, we’re very happy,” Andy concluded. “As you can see from the reunion, I was very happy as the day went on.”
RHOA is currently airing its 17th season, and NeNe hasn’t been a part of the reality series since season 12. She sued Bravo and Andy Cohen in 2022, alleging the network had fostered a hostile and racist work environment and did not address alleged offensive racist remarks made by her co-star.
Though she ended up dismissing the lawsuit without prejudice four months later, it still seemed like NeNe ever coming back to RHOA would be impossible. However, she’s set to make an appearance on The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip Roaring 20th later this month, making a possible return to Atlanta more likely.
If she does come back, however, it looks like it’s not going to be for season 18.
Remember when the internet was in an uproar over Noah Lyles’ “understated” reaction to seeing his wife Junelle Bromfield on their big day? Well, his blushing bride has revealed that the swiftly smitten sprinter was actually so dialed into their ceremony, he planned every last detail himself.
After previously shutting down criticism surrounding Noah’s reaction to seeing her wedding dress, Junelle gives fans a deeper look into their relationship. This time, she’s revealing that the Olympic gold medalist didn’t just show up for the wedding. He planned nearly the entire thing.
During a recent appearance on PEOPLE’sWAG World series, Junelle shared that she intentionally took a step back and trusted Noah to bring their wedding vision to life. According to PEOPLE, the only requests she made were for a reflective aisle and plenty of flowers. Everything else was left in her husband’s hands.
“He did so good,” Junelle said, adding that she was “very, very impressed” that Noah managed to organize the wedding while still preparing for track season. Even more impressive, he was back to winning races just two weeks after they said “I do.”
Considering how much pressure comes with planning a wedding, let alone balancing it with elite athletic competition, that’s no small accomplishment.
Junelle explained that while she considers herself a visionary, Noah is the true planner in their relationship. She credited his patience, communication skills, and outgoing personality for making him the perfect person to coordinate with florists, vendors, and everyone else involved in bringing the celebration together.
Perhaps the sweetest surprise of all came during the reception. Noah secretly arranged for gospel powerhouse Tasha Cobbs Leonard to perform one of Junelle’s favorite songs. Although Junelle admitted she became suspicious months earlier when Noah casually asked about her favorite gospel record, he managed to keep the performance under wraps until the big day.
The couple’s journey has also been anything but conventional. As People notes, the two first connected through Instagram in 2017 after Junelle messaged Noah about a plate of food. While Noah thought she was shooting her shot, Junelle insists she was simply hungry. They remained friends for years before officially dating in 2022 and eventually married this past April.
Bossip previously covered Junelle’s explanation of Noah’s now viral first look reaction, where she revealed his calm, playful demeanor was exactly what she needed after an emotionally overwhelming day. Between that revelation and learning he quietly orchestrated an entire wedding behind the scenes, it’s becoming increasingly clear that Noah’s love language might just be thoughtful acts of service.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta officially wrapped up Season 17 on Aug. 2, but the drama is far from over. With the reunion airing Aug. 9, the finale left fans with plenty of unresolved tension that is sure to spill over when the ladies reunite. There is clearly still beef brewing between K. Michelle and Shamea Morton.
After facing backlash over comments about Shamea’s mother, K. Michelle is standing by her story, alleging on social media that Shamea’s mother approached her at a club and urged her to “be loyal” to her daughter.
K. Michelle’s Listening Party Starts on a High Note.
The finale centered around K. Michelle’s long-awaited country music listening party, celebrating her upcoming album. She invited the entire cast, including Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Angela Oakley, Kelli Potter, Pinky Cole, and friend Cynthia Bailey.
For one of the few times all season, everyone appeared genuinely happy to support one another.
K. Michelle performed several songs before giving an emotional speech about how joining the cast inspired her.
“I have met some of the most beautiful women recently. These women raise their kids, make their money, talk their s–t, get up every day looking beautiful, not like what they are going through,” the star said according to Bravo.I have watched them fight to be who they are. You guys have changed my life.”
The moment also highlighted how much K. Michelle has grown throughout her first season. After beginning the season with conspiracy theories and plenty of skepticism, she ended it showing a much softer, more reflective side.
But there appears to be something festering off-camera with her and Shamea.
K. Michelle Speaks Out About Shamea on Watch What Happens Live.
Following the finale, K. Michelle appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where she addressed several of the season’s biggest controversies, including Shamea Morton Mwangi’s explosive fallout in which they accused each other’s mothers of sleeping around.
Before their now-infamous dinner confrontation in Scotland, K. Michelle revealed Shamea actually warned the group she wasn’t in the mood for conflict.
She recalled Shamea telling the ladies:
“‘I’m off today. I don’t want any drama. Everyone, leave me alone…’”
Actress Bresha Webb defended Shamea, saying the cast had been overly critical of her all season.
K. Michelle disagreed.
“Have you ever thought about this? Have you ever thought about that? There’s things that you don’t see, or have you ever thought about the fact that sometimes people can really put themselves in the mess of something and then throw their hands up like it’s nothing?”
Webb responded:
“Well…. I’ve seen what I’ve seen, and the facts are there. Just because you put your hands up, don’t mean that everybody else hasn’t done it.”
Hit the flip to read more about the drama bubbling between K.Michelle and Shamea.
Right after Tyler Lepley and Miracle Watts jumped the broom, social media jumped on the rumors that he allegedly cheated right before the wedding. Amid all the chatter, some are speculating that the Harlem hottie entered the chat to seemingly cosign claims about having an open relationship.

Chile, can internet instigators let them enjoy the honeymoon first?
By the time clips of Tyler’s dirty sprite sliding down the aisle to Future went viral from the stunning Cabo ceremony, fans joked that it was a bad omen. Now some think they were onto something because the former P-Valley co-stars went from their congrats over their viral wedding to cheating rumors.
Over the weekend, an anonymous account ran the receipts online with screenshots of alleged DMs and text messages between Tyler and a woman who isn’t his beautiful bride.
According to The Shade Room, a source confirmed that the messages include his real phone number. The screenshots included conversations dated from January 2026 and last year about planning times and locations to link up.
“I’d tell you to pull up now if it was up to me,” one message said.
In addition to a $350 Zelle payment attached to his name and coordinating around the unknown woman’s schedule, they negotiate whether to meet while her “period is kinda ending right now lol so I don’t want to ruin the mood to be honest.” To which Tyler allegedly replied, “We got a shower for all that we grown.”
The anonymous account, which referred to the Ruth & Boaz star as a “freaky frog”, also noted:
“I don’t have to say ‘allegedly’ because everything is FACTUAL!! Boots on the ground journalism.”
Neither newlywed has broken their silence to directly address the allegations, but Tyler did seem to enter the cheating chat. According to TSR, his reaction to a comment seemed to shut down one rumor while sparking a new one about his relationship.
One IG reply said, “So they have an open relationship?? Not judging just asking.”
Fans think that theory isn’t just social media shade since Tyler “liked” it.
Welp, there’s no telling if this is a mid-scroll slip of the finger or confirmation about the real tea behind the scenes.
Meanwhile, the new Mrs. Lepley appeared to throw some shade at the scandal by posting more gorgeous wedding photos with the caption “Til Death.”
Oop! It sounds like the unbothered baddie isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Either way, one of social media’s favorite couples will only have us talking even more as they start this new chapter of their lives.

Captain Clutch is the latest celeb to become a meme after he was spotted looking strangely serious at a couple’s nuptials.
The NBA offseason is usually filled with workouts, trade rumors, and vacation photos. But this past weekend, basketball fans found themselves laughing over something much more unexpected. Instead of a crossover or clutch shot, New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson became the internet’s newest meme thanks to a viral moment from Donovan Mitchell and Coco Jones’ wedding. As always, social media wasted absolutely no time turning a few seconds of footage into countless jokes.
The now-viral clip shows Brunson standing on the dance floor with a hilariously serious expression while everyone around him appears to be enjoying the celebration. Whether he was simply waiting for the next song, caught off guard by the camera, or just naturally locked in, fans immediately compared him to everything from someone waiting for their mom to finish talking after church to a guy wondering why he agreed to come in the first place. The memes practically wrote themselves, and Brunson’s stone-faced look instantly became one of the funniest NBA moments of the offseason.
Of course, Brunson wasn’t the story of the day. The celebration belonged to newlyweds Donovan Mitchell and Grammy-winning singer Coco Jones, who officially tied the knot on August 1 after announcing their engagement in 2025. The private ceremony was attended by close family, friends and plenty of recognizable names from the sports and entertainment worlds, giving fans a rare look inside one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the summer.
Mitchell and Jones have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, choosing to share only small glimpses with fans over the years. Dating rumors first picked up in 2024 before the couple eventually confirmed they were together. They announced their engagement in 2025, and throughout it all, both continued to speak highly of one another while balancing busy careers at the top of their respective fields. After months of anticipation, the two officially made it official over the weekend, turning one of the year’s biggest celebrity weddings into a celebration that had fans talking as much about the guests as the bride and groom.
Several NBA stars made the guest list, including Bam Adebayo, Josh Hart, and of course, Brunson. Recently retired NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and Ciara were also in attendance, sharing clips from throughout the celebration. Videos posted online showed Mitchell and Jones sharing their first dance to Musiq Soulchild’s “Love” before the reception turned into a full-blown party, complete with packed dance floors, elegant décor and plenty of memorable moments that quickly spread across social media.
Adding another layer to Jalen Brunson’s moment is who was behind the camera. The video was recorded by newly acquired Philadelphia 76ers star Jaylen Brown, giving NBA fans even more to joke about. With many around the league viewing the Sixers and Knicks as the two teams most likely to battle for Eastern Conference supremacy this season, social media had plenty of fun with the idea of Brown unintentionally helping turn one of New York’s biggest stars into the internet’s latest meme. It was all good fun, but it gave basketball fans another storyline to laugh about months before the two rivals are expected to meet on the court.
Brunson wasn’t the only NBA player making headlines for wedding-related reasons over the weekend, though. Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton celebrated his marriage to longtime partner Jade Jones, with 50 Cent even making a surprise appearance during the festivities. Meanwhile, veteran center Kevon Looney also celebrated his wedding with Mariah Simone Winston, making it one of the busiest weekends of the offseason for NBA marriages and giving basketball fans plenty of wholesome content before training camps begin.
As for Brunson, chances are he’ll lean into the jokes. The Knicks captain has built a reputation as one of the league’s most competitive players on the court, but moments like these remind fans that even the NBA’s biggest stars aren’t safe from becoming internet comedy gold. One perfectly timed facial expression was all it took for Brunson to become the latest meme of the offseason — and judging by social media’s response, those screenshots probably aren’t disappearing anytime soon. Check out some of the best memes from Jalen Brunson’s hilarious moment.
