Finnish producer Misha recruits the talents of J.Hurt, Katori Walker, and producer Evil Needle on his new single “Red Skies.”

Bolstered by a sublime and dreamy backdrop courtesy of Misha and Evil Needle, Cali MC‘s J.Hurt and Katori Walker come through with insightful verses that reflect on the state of affairs in the states.

Misha is half Finnish and half Ukrainian Hip-hop/R&B producer based in Helsinki, Finland. In May 2018 he released his producer debut Feel through Chillhop Music – one of the leading tastemakers in the instrumental hip-hop scene. After a couple of releases via Chillhop Music Misha followed up with his debut EP named Midnight Sun.

J.Hurt is a rapper/songwriter with a raw and emotional style that drews inspiration from influences such as Tupac Shakur and Kanye West. He has released seven projects thus far since 2010 (including collabos with Katori and Kota The Friend) and has been consistent in his approach to push people to think and challenge the status quo.

Katori Walker is a sharp observer and adept wordsmith, delivering powerful, socially conscious rhymes about street life, societal ills, and everything in between. Growing up in Pasadena, he was inspired by classic west coast rapping styles with influences from the likes of 2Pac, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. Starting off rapping at the age of 9, Katori has grown and developed his own contemporary style breaking away from the sounds of other Hip-Hop artists of today. Check out his latest project – the „Idols“ EP – where he reflects on the impact and style of artists like Kendrick, 50, J.Cole and Kanye while proving that can stand next to the best.
