Hard-working singer/songwriter/composer Marie Dahlstrom returns to the fore with this heartwarming and summer-tinged record titled “A Good Life”. The track produced by south London producer and Young Poet/Ninja Tune signee Conor Albert is a bright and soulful piece ripe with lush guitar plucks, warm pads, rich piano movements and soft drum grooves underpinned by Marie’s distinct soothing vocals. Written as an ode to her young son, here Marie takes us through the vista of an innocent child, with so much hope, positivity and potential.
“A Good Life” is the title track from her forthcoming sophomore album that will be released on 22nd May via her own JFH Records imprint.
