For a trolling and snitching savant, Tekashi 6ix9ine manages to avoid repercussions. The Brooklyn rapper’s Instagram will be allowed to stay up despite concerns it may have violated the platform’s sex offender policies.
In case you missed it, before Tekashi started diming out members of the Nine Trey Bloods, he was caught up in a case that involved the exploitation of a minor at a video shoot. Tekashi pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance charges and he was sentenced to four years probation in 2018.
However, according to Facebook, this doesn’t qualify him as a sex offender, technically, due to his age at the time.
