Part one of the Ready To Love reunion airs Friday and we’ve got an exclusive clip featuring Glen, the no-show this season, who’s finally speaking out.

As previously reported, season 9 of the hit OWN series is set in Fort Worth where 20 eligible singles are exploring potential romantic connections.

Hosted by comedian and actor, Thomas “Nephew Tommy” Miles, the dating series is continuing to explore the real-life romantic rollercoasters of successful and striking Black men and women in their 30s and 40s as they search for authentic relationships.

Ready To Love Reunion Exclusive Clip

In an exclusive clip from Friday’s reunion, the singles finally meet Glen, the mystery man who appeared for a mere second in the first episode before disappearing from the show.

When Glen finally sits down with his would-be cast mates during the reunion, he’s questioned about his absence.

“I clearly see that you wanna find love,” says Tommy. “What was going through your head that day?”

According to Glen, he didn’t make it to the mixer because he had a car wreck.

“I took my son to school, got back to the house, getting ready–got in a wreck,” says Glen which some people find hard to believe.

“Bulls**,” says Alexis who’s watching backstage “We were in summer school when we started, I’m just saying.”

Glen goes on to say that he suffers from anxiety and tells Tommy that he’s experiencing it in the present moment.

“It’s happening right now, just a little bit. This is a big step for anyone up here I would think.”

Despite missing out on the Ready To Love process, Glen tells Tommy that he’s not upset about it.

“Everything happens for a reason and I’m here now,” he says.

St. Louis, Missouri has a long and sordid history of racism and an incident at the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis is a sad reminder for anyone who thought the city had progressed past hate.

According to a KDSK report, a white fraternity and a white sorority have been accused of using racist slurs and attacking Black students and Black school employees with eggs. FirstAlert4 confirms that Kappa Sigma and Alpha Phi are the white student organizations suspended from campus following the incident. Missouri State Rep LaKeySha Bosley spoke out publicly about her anger:

“It’s truly disheartening and made me feel like wow we’re still doing this in 2024,” said Bosley. “Because this was done to African American students and staff members, it feels very quiet.”

A student who didn’t want to be identified spoke to KDSK exclusively to explain what happened:

“They start going on tables and dancing and jumping and screaming…The volume is kind of getting louder and we hear stumbling and people coming in from both doors and I’m like ‘Oh hell no’ … they’re like ‘Clear the area. Clear the area.’ They’re screaming, kind of belligerent,” the student said.

“Eggs splattered all over the floor. There was spit on the door that we opened,” the student said.

According to the student, one of the workers reported that a racist slur was used against them. She goes on to say that some of the workers don’t want to put themselves at risk of being fired by speaking out.

“It’s demoralizing to have to serve someone and a population that you know will make your life harder, make your job harder … that’s not in their job description to clean up eggs and spit,” the student said.

“We do not share information about any specific incident or investigation involving our students. We would take any allegations of disruptive or harassing behavior very seriously. We are committed to creating a campus environment where all feel welcome and respected, and where every member of our community is treated fairly with due process anytime an incident is reported. We will work directly with our students to address any concerns they may bring to us”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been named as a defendant in a new lawsuit, but this time, his son is the one being accused of sexual assault.

“Like father, like son,” said the attorney representing the 26-year-old’s accuser.

The newly filed lawsuit alleges that Christian Combs sexually assaulted a woman while she was working on a yacht his father chartered for a trip in 2022, according to NBC News.

Filed on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh accuses Diddy’s son of sexually assaulting her in December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter that had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” but instead it turned into a “hedonistic environment.”

The lawsuit claims the alleged incident occurred just a few days before the Bad Boy mogul hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party with a bunch of celebrity guests in attendance.

These allegations are the latest in a wave of damning accusations against the family, with multiple lawsuits accusing the 54-year-old of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and more. Combs and his legal team continue to deny all of the allegations.

In the suit, Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress. As the one who chartered the yacht, his father is being sued for premises liability and for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault.

“Like father, like son,” said O’Marcaigh’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn after the suit was filed. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time of the alleged incident, was working as a steward providing dinner and drink service on the yacht, allegedly witnessing partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities, according to the suit. In her complaint, she reveals that she also suspected bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs because women began to “pass out” after just one drink.

She goes on to claim that Christian pressured her into taking tequila shots from a bottle she suspected had been spiked.

The situation “escalated” once Combs allegedly groped O’Marcaigh’s legs, breast, anus and vagina, according to the suit. The complaint details audio recordings in which O’Marcaigh can allegedly be heard declining alcohol, trying to leave, and telling Christian to stop touching her with what seem to be kissing noises in the background.

The audio was recorded by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, the producer who was in the studio during the alleged assault. He has his own lawsuit against Diddy, in which he claims that he was required to record Combs “constantly” and had hours of footage in which the music mogul and his staff allegedly engaged in criminal conduct.
